Wynton Marsalis Hollywood Bowl Concert reviews
The acoustics drowned out the vocals at several moments, making those sets difficult to enjoy. Sounded just like Pink Floyd. The pole dancers were a great touch for "Dirty Girl". The ballerina and aerialists seemed quite out of place.
Most everyone at the concert had to stand, crowded together for the entire show (8pm-11:30pm). I did not appreciate the "bar room" atmosphere of the venue. I paid to hear & watch the concert. Nor did I appreciate the people being allowed to smoke marijuana inside The Pageant during the concert. Not listen to work gossip & personal life complaints from people hanging out at the bar behind me.
